Shipping
Processing Time:
- All items are made to order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for processing time before your order ships. Processing time may vary depending on demand or during peak seasons.
Shipping Time:
- Shipping time will vary based on the destination. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number along with carrier details.
Address Accuracy:
- Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to make any changes after placing your order, please contact us at ra@whisperingweaves.com as soon as possible.
- We’ll try to fix it before your order ships, but if it’s already with the carrier, you’ll have to reach out to them directly for further assistance. Please check the address before placing an order.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates.
International Shipping:
- We currently do not offer international shipping. We are working on this and stay tuned for more updates.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the carrier delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue, but we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages that have been marked as delivered.
