Returns & Refund

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:

  • As all of our items are made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges unless there is a defect in the product or an error with your order.

Defective or Incorrect Items:

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order with a photo of the issue and package for us to evaluate the issue and  provide further help.

Refund Process:

  • If a refund is approved, the amount will be credited back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to process, depending on your bank.

Exchanges:

  • We do not accept exchanges as each item is made to order, but if there is an issue with sizing or fit, we are happy to work with you to find a solution. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

Cancellations:

  • Orders can be canceled within 5 hours of purchase by reaching out to us at ra@whisperingweaves.com. After this period, we are unable to offer cancellations due to the custom nature of our items.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs, if applicable.
